The GX-FQJ850C is a PVC edge banding slitting machine with an 850mm working width for edge banding producers who have outgrown a 650mm line. It slits PVC edge banding from 0.4mm to 1.0mm thick at 80 m/min, from master rolls up to Ø1000mm down to a minimum slitting width of 16mm, using 55 sets of circular knives on upper and lower differential (slip) shafts with PLC automatic tension control. Why this machine exists
Standard 650mm slitters force wide-master-roll producers to pre-cut or waste material. The GX-FQJ850C takes 830mm-wide master rolls directly: a 200Nm magnetic powder brake holds unwind tension under PLC control, photoelectric web guiding holds ±0.5mm, and the differential slip shafts rewind each strip at its own tension — so 16mm narrow strips and wide strips come off the same run with flat, clean edges. Siemens PLC control with a touch-screen HMI handles meter counting and automatic deceleration stop at the set length.
